1. Our 30-day return policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy applies to eligible change-of-mind returns and does not limit your statutory rights when a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not as required by law.
To meet the 30-day return period, contact us before the period expires by emailing support@avelqo.shop.
2. Free UK returns
Avelqo covers the return postage cost for eligible returns from within the United Kingdom, including eligible change-of-mind returns.
After approving the request, we will provide a prepaid return label or another prepaid return method with instructions.
Contact us before returning anything. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for postage purchased independently or for products sent using an unauthorised return method.
3. Return eligibility and product condition
For a change-of-mind return, the product should be:
- the product supplied by Avelqo under the relevant order;
- unused and unworn, except for reasonable inspection;
- complete with any included components; and
- returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect a product as you would reasonably inspect it in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.
4. How to request a return
- Email support@avelqo.shop within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Include your name, order number, the product being returned and the reason for the return.
- For a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, include clear photographs where reasonably possible.
- Wait for our return confirmation and prepaid return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and follow the instructions provided.
- Retain your proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.

Do not post a return without first contacting us. We will confirm the correct return method and instructions for your order.
6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misdescribed or contains a product you did not order, contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- a replacement;
- a repair where appropriate;
- a full or partial refund; or
- another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Avelqo will cover the reasonable return cost when a return is required because a product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.
7. Refund processing
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you if the refund is approved or if further information is required.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal payment method within 10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we issue the refund, PayPal, your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account. This additional processing period is outside Avelqo’s control.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently operate a direct exchange service. If you want a different Avelqo product, return the original eligible product for a refund and place a separate new order.
This helps ensure that your preferred replacement product is ordered while it remains available.
9. Cancelling before dispatch
If you want to cancel or change an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@avelqo.shop.
We will try to accommodate the request if the order has not already entered processing or been dispatched. If dispatch cannot be stopped, you can request a return after receiving the order.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces the consumer rights available to you under applicable UK law.
